On the site is written this:
"The ROK Navy gave one of those, PT 619, to J.M. Newberry, founder of PT Boats, Inc., in 1969. He arranged for her transport back to the States and brought her to his home in Memphis where the boat was cannibalized and then destroyed in the mid-80's."
Does anyone have photos of her at Boats home? I would really like to see photos of her.
Take care,
Ted

I have a bunch of black and whites of her I took in 1978. She was an absolute wreck then and was sitting next to a wharehouse downtown. I'll see if I can find them.

Hi all,

I came across this, while I was looking for that 20mm/5in rocket practice thingy. Thought it might be of interest. There's a nice starboard side view of a 5 inch rocket launch, at about 3:05. I think I remember seeing a pic of it on HNSA, captioned that they were shooting into the coast of N Korea.
