May we never forget the iron men in their wooden boats.

When you see pictures like that one can't help but fall in love with the boats. What I would not give to show up in one of these at our local Lake. I think the fishermen in their fast fishing boats and those other speedboats might just move aside when they saw this baby coming at um. All kidding aside, GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU THAT PAVED THE WAY FOR OUR FREEDOMS, SERVING ON THESE WONDERFUL WOODEN BOATS. CHEERS TO THOSE THAT SERVED ON OUR TENDERS AND BASE FORCES. YOURS WAS A TOUGH JOB KEEPING THESE WONDERS BATTLE READY. LEAST WE NOT FORGET THE BOYS SERVING IN TODAYS WARS. IT IS TIME TO COME HOME........
