Is Ginger a dog? It looks like it but I can't quite make out if it is or not.

My dad had a pet monkey in the Philippines on SC-699......... He called him Captain Bligh.

YOUR WELCOME EARL, BUT DICK SHOULD GET THE CREDIT AS HE POSTS THEM FOR ME. PT-374 HAD A PET MONKEY, WHICH USED TO RUN UP AND DOWN THE DECK AND STEAL CLOTHES THAT WERE HANGING. WHEN HE USED TO CLIMB THE ROPE, SOME OF THE CREW WOULD SHAKE THE LINE AND DROP HIM IN THE WATER, KIND OF A MEAN THING TO DO, WHICH AS IT WAS TOLD TO ME CAUSED THE MONKEY TO TRY AND BITE SOME OF THE GUYS. THEY GOT RID OF HIM SOMEHOW.
