I added a page for the throttle push rod deck housings found on PT 103-196 and 314-367: http://www.pt103.com/PT_Boat_Components_Throttle_Push_Rod_Deck_Housing.html.

Yes David, the housings sure used a lot of fasteners didn't they. I noticed the screw count holding the sections together steadily dropped which would save resources.
